About me

Hey, my name is Shelby, and I’ve always been an imaginative person since I could remember. Various kinds of art and artistry have inspired me since I’ve been a teenager. From animation, music, cosplay, to even video games and comics. Other worlds and the characters that dwell within them have always fascinated me. I’ve drawn and painted throughout the years. But I’ve found that illustration was a difficult medium for me to stick to, and one that didn’t allow me to express myself fully.

Over the past 4 years I’ve discovered photo and video have come closest to allowing me to express my creativity that best honours who I am, but more meaningfully, they’ve become skills that allow me to help capture the most important moments in other peoples lives.

Instead of selling a personal piece of my inner world, I use my creativity to reflect yours. With images and films that are intentional and personal. Whether it be your wedding day, senior portraits, your presence on stage, or something entirely unique to you. These moments will have you reminisce the time and version of you that’s been thoughtfully preserved.

While creativity can be about making something beautiful, its also about creating something that reflects who you are. And in a world where convenience is attempting to take the spot of the human soul, I believe preserving that spark now is more important than ever.
